Spears & Spears General Contractor and Developer, Corp. has been in business in the Central Florida area since 1948. We are able to provide any construction need and are capable of handling any job which we have been awarded with total "turnkey" type construction.

In 1990 Harvey Spears brought Keith Spears, into the business as their Architectural Design Coordinator, General Contractor and President. He holds a State Certified General Contractor's License (#CG-C057665) which qualifies him to build all types of buildings within the State of Florida.

We are very familiar with the state, county and city requirements and feel we can move the project along without delays, completing the project on time. We have experienced and qualified superintendents that have been with us 15 to 25 years. They know how to do quality jobs, by watching closely and keeping good subcontractors, laborers, materials and making sure the plans and specifications are followed as designed.
